Egypt was one of the top travel bucket list items. Thanks to our history teachers and Nat Geo, Egypt including its Pyramids, Mummies, Nile, and Pharaoh Tutankhamun treasures have always featured high on the priority list.

First things first - Let’s start with the Pyramids!

Love at first sight! One of the original seven wonders of the world and the only surviving one today - these are nothing but architectural and engineering marvels. Bereft of any technological tools, modern excavators, IOT sensors, mapping techniques and data visualisations, Egyptians used ingenious ways to build the mighty pyramids. The pyramids have withstood the test of times - including being the tallest structure for almost 4000 years. WOW! Just WOW!

I had the great opportunity to explore the classic and novel offerings of Peppers:
- The outstanding Broccoli Cheddar Soup which is served in the bread bowl
- The Hot Veg Tempura Sushi
- The Special Veg Tempura Sushi
- The Fire Cracker Dim Sum lived upto its name - Indeed a cracker!
- Paneer Tikka / Kofta / Dhabe Wali Dal / Garlic Naan - Trust Peppers for lip smacking Punju food

While I always have a bias for good food and humane hospitality, the experience was extra sweet due to the dessert duo Reitu & Sanjay
